SHOTAKAN KARATE :

For kids Ages 4-7 is a fun and engaging martial arts program that focuses on developing physical skills, discipline, and confidence. Through age-appropriate techniques and playful activates, children learn basic stances, punches, and kicks while improving their coordination and balance. The classes emphasize respect, teamwork, and good sportsmanship, helping young students build friendships and a strong sense of self. Shotokan Karate provides a positive environment where kids can stay active, learn valuable life skills, and have fun.

INSTRUCTOR:

HAYLEE PALMER- 1st degree black belt

With 10 years of experience in martial arts, Haylee Palmer has competed across Canada, earning consecutive gold medals throughout her journey. Her enthusiasm for karate is evident in her teaching, as she is eager to share the joy and benefits of martial arts with her students. Haylee fosters a positive and supportive environment, helping young learners develop their skills and a lifelong love for karate.
